The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially announced the recruitment for Constable (General Duty) posts across various central armed police forces. This recruitment drive aims to fill 25,487 vacancies in prestigious organizations including Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR), as well as Sepoy in the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

SSC Constable GD Salary and Pay Scale
The selected candidates will be appointed at Pay Level-3. The salary structure is as follows:
- For Sepoy in NCB: Pay Level-1 (Rs. 18,000 to 56,900)
- For all other posts (Constable GD): Pay Level-3 (Rs. 21,700 to 69,100)
