Bihar Police Driver Constable Selection Process 2025
The selection of candidates for the Driver Constable post will be based on a written examination. Candidates who successfully qualify in the written test will be considered for further stages of the recruitment process as per the official notification.
Bihar Police Driver Constable Exam Syllabus 2025
The written examination for the Driver Constable recruitment will consist of 100 marks. The question paper will have 100 questions, with each correct answer carrying one mark. The exam duration is two hours and will be conducted using an OMR sheet. The syllabus is structured as follows:
- General Knowledge and Current Affairs: 60% of the questions will be related to this section.
- Motor Act, Traffic Signs and Signals: 20% of the questions will cover traffic signs, signals, and other relevant rules and regulations under the Motor Act.
- Vehicle Mechanical and Technical Aspects: 20% of the questions will focus on general knowledge of vehicle parts, lubrication, maintenance, and common mechanical and technical faults in vehicles.

Candidates can follow these simple steps to download their admit card:
- Visit the official website of the Central Selection Board of Constable (CSBC).
- Navigate to the “Bihar Police” section on the homepage.
- Click on the link provided for “Click Here To Download e-Admit Card (Advt. No. 02/2025)”.
- You will be redirected to the admit card download page for the Driver Constable Recruitment (Advt. No. 02/2025).
- Under the “Download 02/2025 Written Exam Admit Card” section, enter your Registration ID or Mobile Number and your Date of Birth accurately.
- Enter the Captcha Code as displayed on the page.
- Click on the “SUBMIT” button.
- Once logged in to your dashboard, click on the “Download Admit Card” link to download your admit card for the Written Examination 2025.
Candidates are advised to take a printout of their e-admit card. To enter the examination center, a valid photo identity card such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, or Voter ID Card must be presented along with the e-Admit Card.
