Selection Process
The selection process for the BSSC 2nd Inter Level Combined Competitive Examination typically involves multiple stages:
- Preliminary Examination: If more than 40,000 applications are received, a preliminary examination will be conducted. This exam will be objective in nature, covering General Studies, General Science and Mathematics, and Mental Ability Test. It will consist of 150 objective questions, with 4 marks awarded for each correct answer and a deduction of 1 mark for each wrong answer. The exam duration is 2 hours and 15 minutes, and it will be conducted in Hindi and English.
- Main Examination: Candidates who qualify in the preliminary examination (approximately 5 times the number of vacancies) will be shortlisted for the main examination. A separate advertisement will be released for the main examination.
