Eligibility Criteria
Personal Assistant (PA)
- Graduation degree from a recognized university.
- Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute in Hindi.
- Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.
Stenographer
- Graduation degree from a recognized university.
- Shorthand speed in Hindi 80 words per minute.
- Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.
Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- Intermediate qualification from any recognized institute.
- Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on computer in Hindi and English.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
- Intermediate qualification from any recognized institute.
- Speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and English typing.
Salary Details (As per BLCS Recruitment Advt No. 02/2025)
- Personal Assistant: Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400 + Other Allowances (Level-07)
- Stenographer: Rs. 25,500 – 81,100 + Other Allowances (Level-04)
- Data Entry Operator: Rs. 25,500 – 81,100 + Other Allowances (Level-04)
- Lower Division Clerk: Rs. 19,900 – 63,200 + Other Allowances (Level-02)
